Over dinner

I had my two very sweet italian friends over for dinner the othernight and we talked about swedes and their ways. My fried is intrested in sweets,candys and chocolates ..so we talked about how much people here like to eat candys.

The goodies shops here generally do good bussiness where you pluck the candys you want yourself and buy them per weight.

When I first cme to sweden and sawa shop like that I went crazy with my sweet tooth and verry eagerly filled the paper bag to the brim.....alas..just to spit out the first candy I put in my mouth and after that I have never again dared buy goodies willingly.

It was a very tempting black candy that I had put into my mouth was Lakritis...it was a taste we desis(brown asians) are not used to expecting from a candy.

we talked about the other sweets in sweden and reached to talking about the "kanellbulle".

Its a famous cinnamon bun..very popular and fatening....but I like that. though it dosent beat the blackforest cake available in Indian bakeries....lolz

Further talking about swedes..we wondered what a swedish talkshow with international people would be like? And the only comment availble would be AHA!
Swedes do not talk much ..rather they do not contadict much to other peoples thoughts and feelings.
Here everyone has the right to express what they feel and think..as long as its just saying what you think.
Thats a very positive attitude which i consider to be sweetness of the swedes!
Well now I got to go to my balcony and breathe in the sweet fresh pure air.....am lucky to be able to do it...sweden has the most unpolluted oxygen.......and you can breathe without choking on any thoughts you have about expressing yourself.....
